A person who is into pseudoscientific medicine and tells you about cures and "natural" with extreme measures such as ingesting poisons whether in the form of a chemical or not, coffee enemas, extreme fasting, ingestion of bodily waste as therapy, and all the other crazy dangerous shit... this does not include Traditional Chinese medicine or Herbal medicine. Just search up "pseudoscience" on Google to learn more. Just a bunch of hypochondriacs or gullible people easily believing shit.
