When you are still drunk after you wake up in the morning/afternoon following a night of drinking.

Contrary to hung over, where you just feel like shit the morning/afternoon after.

I was out till four, slept for 3 hours and went to class drunkover.

:drunk ä-mə-tər, the inner sense one has, to know when they have had enough to drink.

When I drink beer I know when I've had enough and when to stop. Apparently when I drink Vodka martinis, my drunkometer does not work.
