An honourable replacement for the word "bro". A "dman" would be the type of bro who pays for your drink in a bar. A "dman" would compliment your penis size, regardless of the size. A "dman" would buy 100+ items on, let's say, a Minecraft server, just for the sake of giving it away to his fellow bros.
