A reggae rock band from Southern California. Founded by Jared Watson and Dustin "Duddy" Bushnell. The two first met at a party while in their freshman year of high school, beginning a friendship based on music, surfing, skating, and living the Southern California lifestyle.

Cool Kid- "Did you go to the Dirty Heads show on monday with sublime and rome?"

Mainstream Kid-"no way, i've never heard of them and that means they suck"

Dirt Head

We use this in New Mexico to describe people who live off the grid and don't want to have much to do with the trappings of society. Money, mortgage, things of that nature. It is a positive term. A hobbit would be a Dirt Head.
