a young person anywhere from early teens to mid twenties who partakes in: stealing, tagging, experimental to mild drug use (almost never heavy) partying, drinking, fighting, and menial vandalism. usually indentifiable by sagging pants, hoodies, tattered clothing and a generally "non conforming" appearance.

Delinquent 's arent strictly bad people. like every group they are of mixed individuals, most of whom simply do what they enjoy.

Delsin

A Delsin is a guy that will treat you like your the only person that matters in his universe. He will ask if you're okay, he'll be your shoulder to cry on. When he has a girlfriend, he will be committed to that one girl. He can be living through a hell but he'll make sure you'll live in a Paradise. Crazy and annoying at some points, but it all comes from love.

Delmonting

When a programmer deploys a piece of code on a Friday afternoon and leaves for the weekend, completely unaware that their piece of code just took down the entire product and no one else knows how to fix the problem because the code is either way too complex or just completely incoherent.

This company has not tolerant delmonting.
