One of the first Canadian punk bands, starting in 1979 in Victoria, BC. Still tour today all over Canada and get just as crazy, hardcore and drunk as always.

DayGlo

1. n. A brand of paint that glows under blacklight. Was popular in the 1960s. Sold in bright, fluorescent colours that have been known to cause partial blindness.
2. adj. A word for any obnoxiously bright colour.

'I saw this guy wearing the most insane pants yesterday...they were DayGlo green...'
'I expect he was on acid.'

Daygloomy

One of those grey, dull, boring days where you don't want to do anything but don't want to do nothing. Sometimes rainy or cold. Mostly it's associated with the feeling rather than the weather it's self, but can refer to both.

1. I hate when it's this daygloomy out.

2. Shit, i'm feeling all daygloomy.

dayglo

Dayglo = Northern Scally Chic. The term ‘scally’ was coined originally in Liverpool to group together a certain type of person through their clothes, language and ideals. A dayglo is a southerner, often an ex-chav, who embraces the scally dress code specifically.

Your a dayglo........go away.
