Chime-time

Is when a thief moves past chimes with speed or energy fast enough such that the chimes play a quick tune and then go silent. Could also be a thief in and out, no delays, and moving thru whatever is in their way including the chimes.

When Mama said the babies were hungry and their was no food or money, Papa knew it was chime-time.

Cryme Tyme Mafia may have the symptom of a Gang but it is based on more of a mafia family system. Cryme Tyme Mafia consist of Four bosses and an unknown amount of underlings.
