The rare mental condition in which instead of actively avoiding said phobia, the Counterphobiac seeks out said phobia.

Person 1: Hey, if your scared of snakes then why do you go into the snake section of the zoo whenever we go here?

Person 2: Oh, I'm a Counterphobiac

Person 1: Oh, that about explains it

Counterphobia

The mental condition which causes those who are affected by it, to "counter" or face of the fear. Trying to rid them of said phobia.

-A snake appears

-Dave is absolutely terrified of snakes

-Dave faces the snake so that he can overcome his fear, showing signs of having Counterphobia
