When you surprise someone out of no where and they are so taken back that they are offended by the gesture that they could potentially succumb to the shart illegally or faint due to the fact of public humiliation.

In our discussion, Jeff sounded like he knew what he was talking about. However, when I checked his sources, I realized I'd been blind cited.
