Somthing that is cheap and shitty at the same time. Cheap can be good if quality is adequate. Shit is never good unless your rooting against the San Francisco Giants who will always be shitty. This word combines cheap and shit, obviously.

2: A specific product that you asked someone for because of its reliability, but in return you get a product similar to that, but cheaper and with horrible setbacks due to its lack of reliability.

Someone who tries to keep it Fresh my wearing the good looking clothes from stores like Wal-Mart, Dollar Stores, etc. A person whose jewlery comes from the 50 cent machine. And a person who uses food stamps instead of money. Someone who gets the ladies by being a hood rich person.
