A flashy, sometimes ostentatious display of behaviour, designed to come across cool or attractive, which has the opposite effect.

1. He was trying to seduce the young Portuguese girl by speaking Portuguese but he didn't even know what he was saying and I think she found it a little charmichaellian.

2. He spent 15 minutes telling all the girls about how defined his abs were and all they did was roll their eyes. Completely charmichaellian behaviour.
