the condition contracted when one has only used CamelBak waterbottles, which consist of a straw that must be bitten to recieve liquid, for an extended period of time and is then forced to use a conventional water bottle, which must be tipped. Said person then looks like an idiot during the moments of confusion trying to figure out how to tip the water bottle to recieve more liquid. The result is a spastic type of dance done with the water bottle tipped at an awkward angle.

Hannah: "Oh, she forgot her CamelBak water bottle."

Back in the day, Carebear referred to a person or a game mechanic which eliminated or reduced all risk and challenge and realism from the game.
These days people throw the term carebear around to mean ANYTHING derotagory. Want to craft? You're a carebear! Don't want to play an mmorpg like a first person shooter? You're a carebear! Don't like to play the game like I play the game? You're a carebear!
The term carebear has become mangled and meaningless. But it used to mean something important to hardcore gamers.

Get the carebear mug.Similar to the female "cameltoe," the camelbak is a protrusion of the male genitalia through excessively tight or highly pulled up pants. The resulting bulge resembles that of a camel's back.
It was clear to me that Louis was double ballin on the left side, as I could clearly see a camelbak through his tight leather pants.

Get the camelbak mug.Widely used in MMORPG Games (Mass Multi-player Online Role-playing Game). It's used to define a game channel which PK (Player Kill) is prohibited and therefore players can play in peace without unreasonable interferences from other players. The word "Carebear" is used because the players playing in those channels are deemed by other players to be cowards and wanted to be protected rather than facing the harsh world of reality where there's bound to be PK.
If you do not want to be PKed for no reasons by some lunatics, especially the mapletards, please switch your game channel to the Carebear Channel.
