generally, a young girl with low self esteem that "knows" that she's pretty and stares at herself in almost evrey mirror...and takes a dozen pictures(NOT NASTY ONE)and only gets 2 good pictures form the dozen.
and she does this evreytime her parents aren't home.
LATHER, RINSE, REPEAT.
and then posts them somewhere on the internet...maybe her blog or even Gaia , and watch people call her pretty and then deny it so people can flatter her more so her self esteem level can rise.

A girl (not usually guys) who takes many, many pictures of herself in compromising positions. The cam whore would then post the pictures on her blog, myspace, a forum, etc. Usually has a sad or apathetic look on her face. Gains popularity from her fans. Images are usually not very good quality, so she can post more without feeling embaressment, for the viewers cannot see her ugly side.

Girl 1: Have you seen Sarah's pictures on her MySpace? It's disgusting!
Girl 2: Hell yeah. That cam whore is buddies with 40 year old men.

A girl who spends an unhealthy amount of time in front of the camera, be it webcam, digi cam, or camera phone. She usually talks on webcam to her e-friends, and has wish lists from which horny old men can buy her things. Hence, the whore part. The webcam is usually of poor quality so as not to show how truly ugly she is.

They live their lives through their cams, creating the life they wish they had. They often cry on cam to gain sympathy, and usually post a lot of pictures of pouty, sad, "sexy" expressions. Their pictures are usually of them alone, because they have very few real life friends, and are always taken simply to post on their blogs. There are rarely any with any purpose other than to show to their e-friends.

They typically have low self-esteem, and come from dysfuntional families.

Men are such suckers! They think that cam whore is actually hot. She's such a loser!
