Cigartard

A guy usually found on a cruise ship who buys one those "CUBAN" cigars sold by a vendor on the beach;usually filled with tobacco,hay,and bits of rope.

Dave: That cigar smells like ass, did you buy that from some twelve year old on the beach.
Jeff:Yeah it's "CUBAN".
Dave: No Jeff that's a Backwoods with hay in it you Cigartard.

Cigaration

The situation that arises toward the end of a night of clubbing, when the last of everyone's cigs are counted out & divided evenly amongst your buds (See Socialism.) until enough change can be gathered for a new pack.

Example: We were running low on smokes as were a few of our friends. I realized we were having a "cigaration" & spread the word for my buddies to pitch in.

Cigarbanding

The "wrapping" of Television episodes consisting of a "leader" that introduces the title and theme and principal actors, and a "trailer" that presents the closing theme, credits and copyrights. Typically a TV episode will commence with a plot segment that presents some sort of tension leading to a crescendo, that is followed by the "leader".

Video junkies who want to watch multiple episodes of a series without having to listen to the theme again in each episode have to edit the episodes to remove the cigarbanding. To do this is to "decigarband" the content.
