Taking a nude of yourself for your own enjoyment. This is actually a very healthy thing to do. I do this very often as a woman. If I feel as though a part of my body is not as attractive as another.EG I hate my fat ass so everyday I'll take 10 different photos of my ass and keep them on my phone in my recently deleted folder.
