A man who is completely straight but who every once in a while says something about a bro that implies sexual attraction. Will often compensate by saying "No homo."

Steve- "Dude, did you grow your hair out? It looks really good. No homo."
John- "Uh, thanks?"

Later...
John- "Hey, do you think that maybe Steve is gay?"
Nick- "I don't think so; probably just a bromosexual."

Bromosexual 

A Bromosexual, is a person who performs a sexual favor for his "bro", yet insists it isn't homosexual. This act is known as an act of bromosexuality. Bromosexuality is normally performed within groups of bros or a "crew" from one "homie" or "bro" to another. Often times bromosexuality is a result of little sexual activity with a woman or women, boredom and curiosity, or perhaps closet homosexuality.

J-Cool: "Brah, i could really go for a BJ right about now, man. I haven't even seen pussy in months..."
D-Bro: "Well, i could...you know...help you out or somethin, man."
J-Cool: "Yeah dude, that'd be night, but it's definitely not gay or anything."
D-Bro: "Fa sho, dude, not gay, just, you know...bromosexual."

A slang word for bro. It is a word used by Red in Pineapple Express to say to Sol as if saying your my bro. Hence Bromosexual. It is not in anyway gay. And can be substituted for dude, brah, bro, and man.
