To braille someone means to explore that person's face or body with the fingers as if reading text in Braille. May also be used by blind guys as a pick-up line ("May I braille you?").

Brailling

Taken from the method blind people use to read, brailling is the tendency for non-blind people to have to touch or feel objects as they read them.

Although brailling does not improve one's ability to read, many people use it anyway.
