Combines the word budget and midget pertaining to a relativley small budget. Used mainly within the I.T industry.
Also used to quantify other things of relative small magnitude.

A little bitch. It could be a small chick, or just some one who is acting like a little bitch. Essentially a midget bitch, aka "bidget".
Ex 1: My girlfriend Sally is only 4' 11', she's a bidget. Ex 2: You didn't invite that beta cuck John, did you? He's always acting like a bidget.
