Short for belly up. Originally from fisherman in the northwest. Denotes a dead fish, which float belly-up. Shortened to "belly" due to familiarity of the term. Refers to fishing conditions or condition of the boat or even the captain and crew.

Belly is significantly perfect in every way, my heart is getting excited just thinking about a specific belly. No, not the body part but instead a person. She’s so beautiful and smart, and just the way she talks gets me. You really couldn’t make someone better than her.
