I've gone through a largely rough patch myself, so yes, I know how you're feeling. Trust me, it does get better, even if it's for only a minute. You will have a time where you feel better, I promise.

Get the Why am I alive mug.Alivea is a person that will always have your back. She struggles with not letting people bother her, but it sometimes it still happens. She has greaaat music taste usually, and likes vanilla ice cream better than any other kind. This doesn’t mean she’s plain like vanilla though. Sprinkles too, most Alivea’s love sprinkles. Math is usually her strong point, but learning things well takes some time for her. They sometimes struggle with their grammar often mistaking “your” for “you’re”. All-around great, and will remain loyal as long as you do. She only tells her best friend personal things, and hates when people assume things about her and in general. A great sister, a great friend/bestfriend/gf and anything else. You mess with somebody close to her and she will roast or drop kick you. She usually has long, soft, and light brown hair. Absolutely gorgeous but denies it for some reason. Her dark brown eyes are stunning and a glare from her could possibly kill someone. She’s extremely smart but has a TON of blond moments.
Guy: I can’t believe i broke up with Alivea she was literally the best...

The TØP fandom brought it to fame by saying stay alive |-/ as a greeting. Basically you post any picture about a happy event in your life and post it in black & white as a tribute to suicidal thoughts. The happy picture contrasts the filter to show that everything's gonna be okay.
Lately, my whole feed has been the stay alive challenge. I'm glad someone's finally taking suicidal thoughts seriously.
