Toxic Accountability

When an individual, typically a leader or supervisor, is held accountable for elements within an organization of which he/she has little to no control, and so initiates mitigating measures that are counter productive to the health and success of the organizations a whole.
The abundance of toxic accountability within the organization was so wide-spread, that it threatened to destroy the company as a whole.

zero accountability

They do whatever they want, you do all their work.

Also works for any other trade were a small group of people do the forced job of a large group- Because the larger group does not handle their business.
When the other Departments in your Tech support trade don't know what they are doing. So they dump it all on the smart guys. "Hey, Want to hear about Zero Accountability?"
