1. (adjective) short form of suspicious, deriving from the immensely no-longer-popular game Among Us

2. (UK, slang) anything sexually referenced, or just plain weird, causing a spark of 'dirty' in your mind. e.g. 'Saying "stick it in" sounds a bit sus, Marty. Wtf.'

3. (US & CA, slang) arousing suspicion
'Marty, the way the TV knows the next show we were going to watch is a bit sus.'
