Dance Boner

When a male randomly gets a boner when dancing with a female (or another male for the gay males). This is usually spontaneous and can happen to some guys during ANY type of dancing. Such occurrences are mostly likely in teen males but can still occur in later years for some unlucky males.

Joey kept getting dance boners whenever I danced with him last night at Homecoming.
