Often mistaken as a mosh pit,a jump pit is a faux like mosh activity that typically involves people just jumping up in the air making no real contact with eachother because the people involved are to anxious or cowardly to start a real mosh pit.These types of pits usually occur with garbage hippie bands who draw in alot of 140-160lbs dudes who have wolfcuts and wear circle shades
