Sad hour

Much like Happy hour at any bar/ pub but all the drinks are even cheaper and everyone acts cool if you want to cry a little bit.

"Don't really feel like going out but it's sad hour from 12pm 'till 1am down the street."
"Hey buddy, Sad hour's been over for 10 minutes, get it togheter or get out!"
