Turn-based equality

When a minority group asks for equal rights by placing themselves above what was above them instead of leveling out the playing field; i.e. ‘taking turns’ becoming the majority group.
Minorites won’t be taken seriously by others if they resort to turn-based equality because doing so tells them that they’re better than who they are (when in reality, they aren’t).

BASE

To show respect or love for someone.

Respecting someone’s action, or choice.

As to have a solid foundation of respect and integrity for something, or someone.

When a person holds the door, you may reply, “BASE”

The word may also be said as an admiration of respectful love to someone close.

When referring to a friend, you may say, “he BASE”

BASE can also be used to wish someone (of importance to you) goodbye, and/or to greet someone (of importance to you). You would not use “BASE” when referring to strangers.
