Same meaning as to "do a ginger"

Ginger Balloon

A very large person with Orange hair who has no life, and the reason for their misery is brought about all by themselves. This person constantly complains and bitches about how miserable they are and their life is, yet does nothing make it better. They expect everyone else to coddle and baby them, but lose their shit when offered advice such as "do something about it or STFU already!"
