Emo's despite being short for emotional, we tend to come off quite blank. BUT with the right people, they can seem quite hyper and happy.
BEING EMO DOESN'T MEAN WE ARE SUICIDAL. WE SIMPLY LISTEN TO TO A GENRE THAT IS SAD.
We are misunderstood. stop judging. We are happy.

I am Emo, some of my favourite emo bands are Twenty One Pilots, Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance. I like to wear dark colours sometimes.

-only likes black
-does self harm
-depressed
Real emo:
-likes colors besides black too
-is a normal person
Examples:
Fake emo: Im going to go home and just sit in my room , my parents don’t understand me , I need to talk to fellow emos about how depressed and emo I am .
Real emo: Im getting some new vans this weekend , have you heard my chemical romances new song ?
Fake emo: I don’t want to go outside I hate the sun it burns , hisssss
Real emo: its a great day outside , maybe I could right some poetry under the tree.
