Someone who is In touch more with their emotion. Prefers to be alone. Most of the time wears all black, possibly band shirts, skinny jeans, fringed/bangs hair. Usually died black. Likes music, writing poetry. Some emos cut not all do. Most emos dress like this or look like this. Coming from an emo girl I dress like this and act like this most of the time. Some emos say "not all emos dress like that". OK so if a guy wearing a white tank top, baggy low rider pants , walked up to you and said I'm emo would you believe him? Probably not because he doesn't fit the style. Emos now a days don't listen to emo music. We listen to rock, metal, post hard core music. Stuff like, black veil brides, pierce the veil, sleeping with sirens, motionless in white, all time low, fall out boy, get scared, ghost town, of mice and men, bring me the horizon, panic at the disco, second hand serenade, etc. A lot of emos or me have received bullying for how we look or act but (not to sound cliché) it will get better because the people bullying you will mature and realize why am I doing this I shouldn't hurt someone's feelings. Emo Andy

A term used to describe a teenager named Andy. The Andy is often known for being upset and troubled over little problems. Andy is often seen wearing trench coats and fingerless gloves. Andy is also known to date younger prey then cry when he is rejected numerous times.

Girl: "You seen Emo Andy today?"
Boy: "Yeah he was crying over his recent loss..."
Girl: "His girlfriend again?"
Boy: "No his mom lost one of his gloves in the dryer"

Emo Pancake

The sense of feeling moody, emotional, deep introspection and generally feeling down. This emotional state is often accompanied by a longing to remain depressed and wallow in self-pity.

I'm a total Emo Pancake today and can't listen to enough of The Smiths.

A: Want to go out to lunch?
B: No. I'm sleepy and a little Emo Pancake.

A person who dresses like a normal person, but performs the same activities of an emo.

A teenager wearing bright-coloured clothing, but has cuts on their wrists would be classified as a ghost emo.

Michael-emo

"Michael-emo" is a term, used to describe a feeling, event, person or object which is so dark, depressing, moody and/or negative that the term "emo" wouldn't justify to the seriousness of the feeling, event, person or object.

One may therefore conclude that "Michael-emo" is of a higher level of "emo-terms" and thus stands above the regular term "emo".

As of today, it is still debated whether "Michael-emo" is a sub-culture among teens or a term of explanation.

For it is still widely associated with a person's style of clothing & hair additionally to their musical preferences.

There is no heart, only sadness...

Sorry had to get that off my chest, perfect set-up for something so emo it's almost michael-emo.
