That is not just AIDS to try to work with; that is CancerAIDS.

The Cancel Effect combines the dynamics of Cancel Culture (public accountability/shaming) with the Herd Effect (conformity, social proof). The result is a cascade: once cancellation starts, it spreads not because of evidence but because of momentum. The target is canceled by the crowd, not by the case.
