Nonlinear Science

When you see someone that you know you either don’t have a chance with or simply wouldn’t usually go for, but the opportunity shows, you wouldn’t turn it down out of simple curiosity. The idea comes from the way a hypothetical statement is set up. IF I had sex with this person, THEN I would know what it’s like with that person specifically.

This is not to be confused with Nick Science, which refers to similarly attempted solutions by Nick, usually resulting in more chaos or poor outcomes.
