Preferable a white person in Panama City Beach pretending they have in a ghetto background, when in actuality they grew up in a fancy suburban area like Upper Grand Lagoon or a gated community like Bay Point. While obtaining "verbally aggressive" behaviors, they cannot back up their own words when it comes to physical altercations. They're also widely known for saying a well known racial slur commonly used by Black Americans as another term for Brotha. They're also huge Kodak Black supporters who bash XXXTentacion, acting like he committed a crime against humanity. While prophesizing Kodak Black as if he is a better rapper than 2Pac and The Notorious B.I.G.

This term was created after musicians Moose Truffle and NickTheNarcotic tried to find a way to combat cultural appropriation and mediocre posts made by the youth that lives in that tourist town.

When the player of a pay to win video game spends so much money in game that the game he/she/they paid money to win becomes soft locked, rendering them unable to play or otherwise participate in the games core functions.
