An "Old Karen" is a pejorative slang term for female over 50 who is an obnoxious, angry, entitled, homophobic, and often racist white woman who uses her privilege to get her way or police other people's behaviours. If this type of person has daughters they usually become "New Karens".
Old Karen didn't want a family from Africa moving into her gated community solely for racist reasons, so she devised a plan to have their application rejected.

At a level this high they are above the law that can get 12 year olds arrested for skateboarding. Can instakill level one managers. At this level very dangerous do not approach they can be male or female but mock the idea of transgenderness. Easy to spot by their enormous Karen cut that adds an extra foot of height, commonly seen destroying managers of Walmart or McDonald’s and excessively praising the lord Donald Trump.
