When playing the game 60 Seconds, in a family of four one person has to be sent out. The chat, which usually decides who leaves, always picks MJ (Mary Jane) because she is “Caseoh’s daughter”, or because she is obese, similar to Caseoh, to go out into the wild.
This term may be used as a reference to Caseoh, or in a situation where someone has to go somewhere dangerous/risky
