tongue ramp

When you position your tongue , to slant back toward your esphogus, To rid mouth of vomit , when “puked a little in my mouth” happens .

A coping skill often utilized to avoid sympathetic vomiting after witnessnessing a friend being sick .

Tongue is rolled to a 38-65 degree angle , tip elevated , to allow vomit to roll back toward lower pallet
