Commonly found on large women, where the areola is large and bologna colored and appears to have no definite line separating the nipple from the breast, thus "fades out" to the skin.

Here areolas are so huge, you could make a sandwich with those bologna fade outs

Alternatively chicks could use it to describe a guy they fancy getting a length from
