Outism is a serious mental disorder in which a person's brain becomes completely overtaken by the character Outis from the game Limbus Company. A common symptom of outism is making deranged posts online that include images, videos, or text including Outis. These posts can range from being complete gibberish to crazed ramblings worshipping her.

When you spend too much time inside of the house, mostly watching porn on PC, that is when you have serious outism. You dread the possibility of even going outside of the house.
