Maybe a good friend, a co worker, your sister, ex, the person who just cut you off in traffic. Lapper can be used with the full disgusted contemptuous tone, or with humorous sarcastic wonderfulness. Synonyms include cuntlike, lapper like and douchelike.

1 .A person, male or female, who has really pissed you off. And you're really thinking cu*tlapper, but don't want to go there.
2. A friend, roommate, or someone you love who is the object of your love and tomfoolery. Say you're driving and the person in front of you decides to not partake in their God and factory given directional and they slam on their brakes to turn right leaving you pretty much careening into the back of their car. At this point it is appropriate to scream "You fuc*ing LAPPPPPPPEERRR!!" May be used either with or without fu*k, but to capture the true essence of the word, we suggest all the words.
