Refers to a poor state of living establishments for babies or toddlers. It comes from the word "Kitty litter" where you stick a kitten in a room, put newspaper of the floor and a box of kitty litter. If the baby is kept in a room similar to this it is certainly a kiddy litter room but would also be considered one if there were any wires, drills, drugs, rude magazines, medication and all assorted NO NO'S!

kiddouchebag

A "kiddouchebag", alternatively simply a "kiddouche", is a jew who intentionally arrives at the synagogue after the shabbat service has ended, just for the free food at the kiddush. This is largely a more accepted term than "Greedy jew".

The word is a contraction of "kiddush" and "douchebag".
