Cheese is a popular dairy food which is made from milk of animals, commonly cows. There are various varieties of cheese for example: cheddar, feta and brie. Some cheese, when they reach a certain temperature, melt. Others however do not melt. You can usually fine cheese in the fridge and is used in the making of sandwhiches, pizza, fondue and such like. I find the odd cheese and pineapple on sticks doesn't go a miss either.
Alternatively, cheese can be used as a reference to money. You can often hear money being referred to as cheddar also.

Cheese refers to cocaine. Since cheese like mozzarella is often shredded, cocaine is often referred to by South Asians in Port Huron, Michigan and Edison, New Jersey as white shredder aka. cheese.
