A sarcastic exclamation intended to sound like and pass for "fantastic!" directed at liar when perpetrating a brilliant yet obvious lie;mainly a lie that has intentions to create awe-striking praise and/or elated ego booting response for themselves

Every person has dealt head on with fibtastic people.

Dude at bar: "My penis is bigger than anyone elses in here not to mention I am smarter, wealthier, better looking and have the best personality.So you wanna come back to my place?"

Me: "Wow, That's fibtastic!!!!!Ah, no."

Dude: * awestruck and dumbfounded,it goes right over his head*
