Typically this occurs when going 10/200 (Bidding that you will win 10 books out of 13), and having several of the highest cards in the game.
Justin was dealt both jokers, Ace and deuce of spades, King queen and Jack of spades. But still put on a big show of how "close" that hand was and how he had to play it just right in order to get their 10 books, thus demonstrating his intense spades privilige.
