smoking a cigarette beyond the white paper or lines to represent were the filter lies (if the filter is white as well). If the tobacco on your last drag falls out, leaving only the burn filter inside, your smokin' filter. This is thought to be the worst part of the cigarette containing the most chemicals, and is also a sign of a money tight smoker who cant waste a single drag. (Im guilty of this from time to time)

Filter trashcan

Someone who you blurt out anything to and decides whether or not a statement can be made public or not. Someone who filters for you. Someone whose job it is to sift through all your trash sayings and approve/reject them.

I couldn't bring my true opinions to the table, because they were rejected by my filter trashcan.
