When a narcissistic person thinks they can produce quality, Grade A results while taking too much responsibility, when in reality he's crippling himself, the group, the team, the city, the country, etc….
This narcissistic person refuses to acknowledge he is not as capable as he once was, either due to burn out, old age, or just plain inability.
Everyone in the world can see that he is taking too much responsibility and hurting the end product, but to him he is God's gift to the world and his way will be the best.
