It's you’re feeling down and numb because everything feels so hopeless. It's like your drowning in your emotions and has nothing to look forward to. Your family just gets on your last nerve. parents don’t listen to what you have to say and get mad at anything you do. some people you so call ‘friends’ feel fake. all that causing you to feel alone and in your own thoughts all the time. I know sometimes you may feel like there’s no point to go on but honestly same. ok, maybe not to that extinct but to a point where you’re just tired.

Depression is a disorder which sucks and is often either romanticized through shitty humor or called fake.

Boots leave depressions in the mud.

Note: Yes I said persistent in the first definition because some people on here argue that depression doesn't exist because everyone has bad days. However, this is an invalid point because depression last for a long time (months at least) which is what makes it depression. It's also what makes it suck to shit.
