If you are the best at cleaning toilets, you will never be promoted to taking out the trash. Incompetent people can rise while those that do the dirty but critical work will remain stuck.... cleaning the toilets.
It appears i suffer from the toilet cleaners paradox as I can't progress in my career while others more forward.

When you courtesy flush and the water rises to a level that barely kisses your balls before retreating downward to finalize the flush. Resulting in a physically great feeling of cold water on your balls and an emotionally great feeling of taking a huge shit.
This is what you do in hopes that there will be a snow day the next day, after you turn your pajamas inside out, this is the sure fire truck to get the snow day.
