A phrase derived from the phrase, “boom boom” which means to go poop

Boom boom buttcheeks is used to refer to somebody’s diarrhea or great number of smelly farts

The difference between “boom boom” and “boom boom buttcheeks” is that “boom boom” is a temporary thing. When sombody goes boom boom, they take a few minutes to poop and are done. When somebody has boom boom buttcheeks, their buttcheeks are characteristic for going boom boom. Or in other words - as stated above - boom boom buttcheeks is another word for diarrhea
