this is because Sweets when consumed gives people increased energy, but when 'smoked' gives overhyperactivity leading to harmlessly talking a bit too much as if they were on crack ..

NB: the person usually is just hyperactive and hasnt really smoked anything and usually acts nerdy and talks alot

Smoking with your dick

When you just feel like you have to smoke an L and you go into your back yard or nearby park (usually on a school day) and you blaze up alone. But then you realize that you have your dick with you and it's all good.

It was Wednesday afternoon and I just couldn't wait until Friday night so I called some friends to hit and L with me but they were doing homework so I went over to that park around the corner and wound up just smoking with my dick. It was pretty chill.

Guy 1: Smoking with your dick is lame. You have nothing to do when you're high!
