Christmas Eve Syndrome

When one cannot fall asleep due to the sheer excitement of what is to come the next day. A common case of children not being able to fall asleep on Christmas Eve for the excitement of seeing what toys they will unwrap the next morning.

I was suffered from Christmas Eve Syndrome last night because I was too excited to see my girl the next day.

Chicken Little Syndrome

Every time someone believes the hype behind an apocalyptic theory that will end the world, and the hysteria that ensues. It is an old cumulative tale about a chicken (or a hare in an early version) who believes the world is coming to an end. The phrase "The sky is falling" has passed into the English language as a common idiom indicating a hysterical or mistaken belief that disaster is imminent.

Suffering from Chicken Little Syndrome, Johnny believes that either the Mayans were just lazy, or the world is coming to an end in 2012.

Good Will Hunting Syndrome

Condition in which a person believes life is a big coming-of-age drama starring them, and the rest of the people in the world are either supporting characters or extras. They are obsessed with figuring themselves out: Why is my life so hard? When will I be happy? Why can't I get what I want? What's wrong with me? Who will finally tame my wild spirit and get me to settle down? Life, to them, is a quest to answer these questions, and it should be everybody else's quest too.

All he does is talk about himself. He definitely has Good Will Hunting syndrome.
