Chopped

Toronto slang for one that is especially not present mentally at most waking hours of their life. In other words, they are chopped in the head, or just simply CHOPPED. Equivalent to the saying " You're Fucked" used in Trailer Park Boys. Terminology originated deep in Scarberia.

"Bruh this gyal(?) Debbie is chopped as hell"
"CHROMESMOKE" - Chromazz (a chopped individual uttering nonsense)
"I only date white manz that have neck tats cause I'm fuckin chopped fammmm" - Debbie Parkway
