Get the rainbow orcmug. Usually a term to describe a female character in a anime, manga ,webtoon or novel with coloured hair and an over-sweetly personality.In other terms a Mary-Sue.
In Webtoons these characters are not particularly liked by readers as they are one dimensionally and have not got a lick of personality accept being kind and merciful which is why a-lot of recent webtoons follow the story of the villainess.

An expression used in Southern California (mostly Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties) to convey being more excited and/or happy (generally sober/naturally but not necessarily) than those who have or would have taken any combinations of drugs could have / would have otherwise been. (Pun on drug combinations like hippie flipping). Used for silly or momentous occasions.
